I can’t believe Christmas is less than 4 days away! I’m not ready to say goodbye to the twinkling lights, and gorgeous evergreen. Anyone else? It’s been such a delight curling up by the fire & binging on holiday movies. Just wishing we could pause time for juuust a bit longer, although — I’m sure it’ll be back here before we know it. Time is flying!

Today, I’m sharing a delicious caramel apple pie recipe that’s beyond easy to make! Seriously, it was my first time baking a pie, and I most definitely impressed myself! (and the hubby — win!) It only takes 25 minutes to prep, and the flavors are creamy, caramely (yeah, we just made that word up) & delicious! Best served with ice-cream, of course. I’m looking forward to experimenting with other flavors as the seasons changed, so stay tuned for more yumminess!
